Roasted Garlic
There was a time when I would have said a dish couldn't have too much garlic. I have since learned more discretion, however, if garlic is your thing, this recipe is for you. Warm or room temperature, roasted garlic makes a tasty spread on bread. It's also makes a great addition to other dishes like, Chicken Marsala.
Directions
Cut the tops off five cloves of garlic and set them in an oven proof dish lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with olive oil , sprinkle with salt and tye the parchment closed. Stick them in the oven at 425 for about 30 minutes. When they are cool enough to touch, squeeze them out into a dish and pour the oil from the dish on top. Served with toasted french bread.
Ingredients
Garlic
Salt
Olive Oil
