German Pancakes


Making these pancakes in the blender makes the preparation super fast. While they bake I toss some fruit, sugar and water into a sauce pan on the stove or in a pinch, heat a jar of jam to put on top.

Directions
Serves 2-4
Preheat oven to 425. Heat 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter in a ovenproof skillet. Meanwhile, blend the milk, flour, salt and eggs. When the butter is hot, pour in the batter and let it sit over medium high heat for one minute. Then put the skillet in the oven for 15-20 minutes until puffed and browned. Serve topped with warm fruit or jam and powdered sugar.

 Ingredients
1/2 cup Flour
1/2 cup Milk
2 Eggs
1/4 tsp Salt
2 Tbs Butter
Powdered Sugar & Jam for topping
